Whether you’re looking to get monetized on Youtube or your channel is already generating revenue, it’s important to know how to check your analytics and earnings.
Remember that some of the data described below will only be visible once your channel has met the criteria to be monetized. Keep reading to find out how to access it.
What are YouTube’s monetization criteria?
If you’re hoping to get your YouTube channel accepted into the YouTube Partner Program to generate advertising revenue, you live in a place where the program is covered. Additionally, you must follow the YouTube channel monetization guidelines.
In the past 12 months, you must have over 4,000 hours of public viewing and over 1,000 subscribers, and a Google AdSense account linked to your profile.
If you receive a Community Guidelines strike against your channel, you are not eligible for monetization. And if you don’t yet meet the criteria to become a YouTube Partner, you can still benefit from the YouTube Shorts Fund.
Your channel is not yet eligible for monetization? Don’t worry, we’ve put together a complete guide on how to make money on YouTube.
